MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL APPLICATION

  Please complete and return with your payment. Payment of $100.00 per member is due by April 30, 2012 . Late payment of $35.00 applicable during the month of May. Members who have not renewed their membership by May 31, 2012 will no longer be in good standing.
If for health or compassionate reasons, a member is unable to play in the current year, he/she may apply in writing to the Executive, requesting a leave of absence for one year.
Please note: Club members who are eighty years of age as of April 30th 2012 or older and who have been a WRTC member for five years or longer do not pay an annual fee. For record purposes, please print and complete this and remit.
