MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL APPLICATION

  Payment of $100.00 per adult member and $35.00 per junior member is due by April 30, 2012. Members whose dues are not paid in full by April 30th shall be considered as not in good standing and as such not eligible to use the courts or the Club facilities .
  Any Member who has not paid annual dues by May 31st.2012 shall forfeit all rights and privileges and must re-apply for membership including paying initiation fee if interested in re-joining the Club.
    If for health or compassionate reasons, a member is unable to play in the current year, he/she may apply in writing to the Executive, requesting a leave of absence for one year.
Please be aware there is a $35.00 fee for late payments made in the month of May.
Please note: Club members who are eighty years of age or older and who have been a WRTC member for five years
or longer do not pay an annual fee. For record purposes, please print and complete this form and remit.
