Our members at the WRTC enjoyed another fun tournament on Victoria Day (May 23rd).  Jack Withenshaw and side-kick John Torsky organized the tennis tournament for about   46   members.  Again we enjoyed another sunny day in paradise.... lots of fun on the courts, with prizes for the hot-shots of the day!  You can see pictures on the web-site at www.wrtc.ca .   After all this fun and exercise we all enjoyed a hearty lunch  ,  prepared by Tracey and her gang, consisting  of lasagne, garlic toast and salads and to regain those lost pounds   we  finished off with strawberry shortcake and cheesecake.  Helge christened the clubs new BBQ to heat up the lasagne and many other helping hands pitched in with the kitchen chores.  Thanks to everyone for making Victoria Day another success!  Look forward to seeing you decked out in red and white attire for Canada Day.
